Also considered
Senta
Senta is another UK option for managing clients, tasks, deadlines and documents. It also has a client portal and connects with other accounting tools. It costs £32/month for the first user, or £25.60/month when billed annually, with lower pricing for additional users.
We have not made it a top pick because independent review coverage is currently thin: G2 shows only 4 reviews, with an average of 3.8/5.
IRIS Elements Practice Management
IRIS Elements may make the most sense for firms that already use other IRIS software. It helps firms manage clients and tasks, send automatic emails and texts, share documents through a client portal, and connect with Companies House, Xero and QuickBooks. IRIS also offers a 30-day trial.
Independent feedback is currently more mixed: Capterra shows 3.6/5 from 17 reviews, including several recent complaints about support and product issues. With such a small sample, we would not treat that rating as definitive, but it is enough to keep IRIS outside our main picks for now.
